I’ve been training with Itay for a year and a half, and I don't think there could be a place where I'd have as much fun as at Team Gershon. For me personally, the training here has boosted my self-confidence and my mental and physical strength, and I'm only 14. The place has felt like home to me for a while now, and I'm sure it will for anyone who joins. I am proud to be part of this killer gym, it's a huge privilege.

Before I came to Team Gershon, I was at a few gyms, but none of them were like Itay's. Itay is a professional; he himself is very experienced and is the person with the most knowledge in the sport in Israel. First of all, the personal attention is like a father to a child. Patient, doesn't get angry, funny, and delivers classes at the highest level.
